Mission

  • The goal of the Helix Support Desk is to streamline our IT process
  • This webpage will make it easier to communicate technical problems by reducing phone calls to the IT team
  • The IT department will now have the ability to collect data in order to proactively provide solutions to our office locations

How it Works

  1. Click the Support button located in the
    bottom right of the screen
  2. Fill out the requested fields
  3. Submit the ticket
  4. The IT team will be notified and will
    quickly work to resolve the issue
